Sinitta made quite an entrance at the London Palladium, where Cowell was holding court at the opening night of I Can’t Sing.
But even Louis Walsh looked dumbstruck as he gave his old friend the once over shortly after making an entrance.
With her arm draped around his shoulders, Sinitta, 50, appeared to be oblivious to the fact that her right breast had escaped from her dress.

Fortunately the Eighties star saw the funny side and quickly protected her modesty with a cupped palm while she and Louis roared with laughter.
Sinitta’s rather bold look continued with a plunging red gown that swept behind her as she sashayed across the Palladium foyer.
The distinctive dress was all the more noticeable thanks to its embellished detail, and the former pop songstress was clearly pleased with her vibrant choice of ensemble as she posed for photos.

Indeed, she playfully pulled at her generous collar while offering a broad smile with blood red lips that more than matched her chosen colour scheme.
The previous day Sinitta had referenced her imminent appearance at the launch in a message to her 156,000 Twitter followers that included the title of her biggest pop hit, writing: ‘I can’t actually wait for tomorrow to see if #iCAnTSING” will be as outrageous as BookOfMormons.. #HARRYHILLisSoMacho.’
Arriving on Wednesday, she was reunited with old flame Cowell, 54, and his girlfriend Lauren Silverman, who looked stunning in a fitted black dress.

The 36-year-old mother-of-two completed her look with a pair of Christian Louboutin heels, clutch bag and simple earrings.
The musical tells the story of a girl called Chenice, who has never heard of the talent show, but ends up auditioning for the show.
The show stars former EastEnders actor Nigel Harman as a 'Simon Cowell-like' character, but questions have also been asked of I Can’t Sing after its opening night performance was postponed for the second time in February.
